Membership Terms and Conditions

GreattoysOnline.com Membership Card:

1. GreattoysOnline.com Members are obliged to keep their information file and correct.
2. GreattoysOnline.com Members Card Programs may, at its exclusive option and with out prior notice to the member, suspend, cancel, and terminate any card issued and/or privileges for whatever reason.

GreattoysOnline.com Members Card Terms and Conditions as written on the back of the card

1.  By accepting the GreattoysOnline.com Members Card, you agree to all terms and condition of the Members Card program which is available at www.GreattoysOnline.com
2. Members are entitled to a 10% discount on cash purchases and 5% discount on card purchases on regular priced items.
3. Members discount is not valid and cannot be stacked or combined with sale events, promos / promotional items, website orders, online orders, ebay orders, sulit-olx orders, fix price items, clearance items, red / yellow tag, exhibitions, conventions and wholesale orders.
4. Membership card must be presented when visiting a GreattoysOnline.com Branch to avail of discount.
5. Any signs of tampering on both the physical card and the data stored in the card will automatic invalidate both the membership and the data associated with the card. GreattoysOnline.com will not be responsible for retrieval of data from lost or stolen cards.
6. GreattoysOnline.com at its sole discretion, may cancel or change in any way the awards, promotions and privileges previously advertised or offered to member without prior notice.
7. GreattoysOnline.com reserves the right at all times without notice and at its sole discretion to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions, including the rules and guidelines in the GreattoysOnline.com Membership Card Mechanics.

Termination and Breaches

1. The terms and conditions, and guidelines cannot be superseded or changed except by GreattoysOnline.com
2. GreattoysOnline.com in its sole discretion, may cancel, change in any way the awards, promotions and privileges previously advertised or offered to member without prior announcement.

4. GreattoysOnline.com reserves the right to terminate or change the GreattoysOnline.com Membership Card Program and/or revoke the membership of any member and/or the right to use the membership card, awards or privileges.
5. In the event that the program is terminated, members must complete all promotions within a 60-day period from date of termination.
6. GreattoysOnline.com Reserves the right at all times without notice and in its sole discretion to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions, including the rules and guidelines in the GreattoysOnline.com Membership Card Mechanics.

Breach of the Terms and Conditions:

1. It is a breach of these terms and conditions for any member to use any awards, privileges, facilities, services or arrangement accorded to the member, or act in any fraudulent manner, misleading information and misrepresentation to GreattoysOnline.com. The decision of GreattoysOnline.com as to what constitutes a breach shall be final and conclusive.
2. Any breach of these terms and conditions, whether international or not, may result in termination of membership, points and cancellation of awards and privileges.
3. In the event of termination, all points, awards or privileges that may have been earned by the member will also be terminated and cannot be redeemed.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
